Fried dumplings: crunchy goodness to savour
The perfect snack: golden and irresistible fried dumpling

Ingredients for 4 people
- 330 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 20 g of yeast
- Olive oil for frying
- salt
Method
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Make a well with the flour and add the soft butter and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast and knead until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Let rise for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out discs. Let it rest a little longer before frying.
- Heat plenty of oil and fry the dough discs until they are swollen and golden. Drain them and place them on absorbent paper.
- Serve the fried gnocco hot, opened and stuffed with cold cuts or cheeses to taste.
