Piadina with ham and squacquerone: an embrace of Romagna flavours

Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g of flour
- 25 g of lard
- 1 small sachet of yeast
- salt
- 200 g of Parma Ham
- 100 g of Squacquerone di Romagna
- Rocket
Method
- Mix the flour with lard, yeast, salt and enough water to obtain a smooth dough. Let rise covered for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into discs, cook them in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes.
- Spread the piadina with squacquerone, add the raw ham and the rocket, fold in half and serve hot.
